We are located at the corner of Fourth Street and Juliana Street in Parkersburg in the Towne Square Complex – the former location of the flea market. The Fourth Circuit Public Defender Office is underneath the parking garage in Towne Square. The entrance to our office is on Fourth Street, across the street from the Wesbanco Bank drive through. There is an entrance on Juliana Street for those with disabilities.
